It’s OK to talk about sex here.

The number one sexual health challenge I see in my office is not being able to talk about sexual health challenges.

And that’s what causes despair for my clients, because any human problem is made infinitely more painful by feeling alone in that problem.

Sexual health is about so much more than just sex. It’s about feeling accepted, respected, loved, seen, and heard. It’s about belonging. And for many people, their journey of sexual health starts with learning to feel safe talking about sex with me. As a certified sex therapist, I use a professional yet warm and supportive style when addressing my clients concerns.

When I work with my clients, we look at their experiences through a biopsychosocial-spiritual lens. All parts of your identity are welcomed and seen.
