  • Association for the Treatment of Neuroplastic Symptoms (ATNS)

The ATNS (symptomatic.me) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to education and community around neuroplastic approaches to chronic pain and illness. Their site offers a free short quiz to help people assess whether their symptoms may have a neuroplastic component, three separate podcasts (covering stories, science, and solutions), a practitioner and coach directory, condition-specific information, and a member community with a self-treatment course and curated resources. It's one of the most comprehensive free hubs for mindbody pain education available.

  • ATNS - Symptom Checker

A free patient-facing questionnaire to help identify whether your symptoms may have a mindbody component.
